Best Time to Workout
Prime Time, When is the best time to train?
The answer to this question will vary depending on the person you ask. Some people perform best in the morning, some in the afternoon, and some late at night. I personally prefer to train early in the mornings, I feel it gives me energy to start my day and I have the rest of the day to do whatever I have to do without worrying about getting to the gym.
But, I have also trained during the afternoon, evening, and late at night when I had to because because of school, work or other obligations. Even at times when I was working 12 hours a day at construction I still managed to get to the gym after work and give it my all.
You can probably try and look for a scientific answer to this question by discussing that the body performs best at certain hours of the day, or nutrients are absorbed better during this particular time of day. I would have to say that the best time to train is when YOU want to train! Then you are sure to train with intensity and motivation. But, just because you can't train when you want to, thats not an excuse to blow-off the workout. Make sure to schedule your workout whenever you can. There is always time if you make time.
